Doris Baker Shaver Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Baker Shaver of Salisbury, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Elijah Baker and Annie Goodnight Baker; her husband Albert Berry Shaver; and her brothers, Clyde Baker, James Baker, Frank "Bub" Baker (Ruth Tomason) and Tom Baker (Betty Simpson).

She is survived by: her children, Sammy Shaver (Mary) and Kathy Shaver Corriher (Charles); her sister Jean Wooten; her grandchildren, Courtney Stone (Nicholas), Erin Harrington and Austin Corriher (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey and Harlan Stone.
