He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl Moore, Sr. and Laura Hewitt Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Meyler Moore; his children, Tara Gregory (Adam) of Salisbury, Carly Moore (Matt) of China Grove and Scott Moore (Emma) of Salisbury; and his brothers, Bill Moore (Georgia) of Salisbury and John Moore of Eden. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Thyatira Presbyterian Church (220 White Rd, Salisbury, NC 28147).
