She is survived by: her husband Gregory Edwin Lowe; her children, Carmen Lowe Basgall (Nicholas) of Raeford, Shelby Grace Lowe of Salisbury, Chaney Mills Lowe of Salisbury and Jocelyn Lowe Shuping (Logan) of Rockwell; her brother Jason Wayne Mills (Angela) of Salisbury; and her niece Margaret Mills.
