She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Wyatt and Lucille Wyatt; and her son Robert Hicks, Jr. (Esther). She is survived by: her husband Charles Black; and her sons, Steven Hicks (Sherry) and Rick Black (Jayme). She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
