She is survived by: her children, John W. Daugherty, II of Salisbury and Sonia Daugherty-Koontz of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Faith Daugherty, John Daugherty, III, Hope Daugherty, Serenity Daugherty, Charity Daugherty, Keith Davidson, Markeice Daugherty, Javen Watson and Eboni Watson; and her nephew Philip Wansley. She is also survived by many nephews, cousins, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
