He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Connor and Margaret Ramseur Connor; and his brothers, Alfred Connor, Sr. and Ricky Connor. He is survived by: his children, Marlon Connor (Lorri) of Concord, Ramsey Connor (Adrienne) of Raleigh and Ava Sanders of Charlotte; his brother Bobby Connor; his aunt Pauline Harding of China Grove; his uncle Franklin Ramseur of China Grove; and his cousin Sampson Towens of Greensboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
