He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Foil Payne (Joe) of Statesville and Melinda Foil Burns (Tim) of Salisbury; his siblings, Bobby Lee Foil, Franklin Delano Foil and Nellie Foil Loflin; and his grandchildren, Michael Payne, John Payne, Zeb Burns, Allie Burns and Kayla Burns.
