He is survived by: his wife Libby Sipes of Salisbury; his daughter Amber Vinson (Michael); his siblings, Roger Sipes of Florida, Franklin Sipes of Robins, NC, Margaret Wessman (Ed) and Frances Boger (Baxter); and his granddaughters, Mary and Grace Dickey.
