He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Austin Sr. and Evelyn Biggerstaff Austin; his sisters, Olivia Driver and Shaaron June Solomon; his son Jeremy Edward Austin; and his fiancée Tracie.
He is survived by: his sister Janice McIntosh of Statesville, NC; his nibling Stacy Gandy; his grandchildren, Raina Austin Antosek (Chandler) of Raleigh, NC and Landon Cain Austin of Rockwell, NC; and his stepdaughter Jamie Myers of Salisbury, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
