He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foy Sr. and Bethel White; and his son James Ren Foy III (Jamie). He is survived by: his wife Betty Foy; his children, Richard Foy (Ricky) and Jennifer Foy; and his grandchildren, Jarren Foy (Autumn) and Austin Foy.
