He is survived by: his mother Kathy Grubb; his stepparents, Gary Grubb and Willie Kincaid; his son Alex Parr (Chelsey); his siblings, Wendy Grubb Shelby (David) and Kevin Grubb; his siblings' children, Drew Shelby, Skylar Grubb and Emma Shelby; and his grandchildren, Ryker and Lennix Parr.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Trellis Hospice of Davie County, whose compassionate care and support meant so much to Jamey and his loved ones during his final days.
