We bid farewell to Janet Elizabeth Carter (Salisbury, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 18, 2025 at the age of 69. Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lamont Ryan, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth Wands Ryan. She is survived by: her husband Allen W. Carter, Jr.; her son Ryan; her daughter-in-law Elisabeth; her granddaughter McKayla; her brother Robert Lamont Ryan, Jr.; her nephew Scott Ryan (Leighann) of Columbia, SC; her close friends, Marsha and Tim Hartzoge; and also Ashland Ada Ryan. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, two nieces, one nephew.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Franklin Baptist Church (3810 US-601, Salisbury, NC 28147). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at the Rowan Memorial Park (4125 Franklin Comm Center Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
