We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2021, at the age of 60, Janet Lynn Burris Connell of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Mae Clontz Burris; and her husband Billy Mac Connell. She is survived by: her father Roy Gaskin Burris (Shirley); her daughter Crystal Lynn of Salisbury; her siblings, Dale Burris (Sherri) of Mount Pleasant and Ann Holland (Jim) of Hickory; her stepchildren, Tanya Crisco (Rodney) of Albemarle and Dwayne Connell (Angie) of Roanoke, VA; her grandchildren, Cora Lynn and James; her stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn, Conner, Emily, Katherine and Sarah; and her pets, Ginger and Mackey. She is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, 5 great-nieces and 3 great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to, Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Locust, 501 N. Central Ave., Locust, NC 28097, to assist with the funeral expenses.
