He is survived by: his son Tyler Ervin; his grandmother Helen Childers; his parents, Larry Ervin and Christine Ervin; his sister Amber Owen (Chris) of Mount Villa, NC; his uncles, James Ervin (Tamara) of Salisbury, NC and Jeff Ervin of Salisbury, NC; his niece Maddie (Owen) Peeler (Will); his nephew McGwire Owen of Raleigh, NC; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Jim, Pat Childers, Lois Childers of China Grove, NC, Roy D. Weant, Peggy Creswell of Davidson, NC and Eddie Melton of Matthews, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mount Hope Church (7004 Old Concord Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
