She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Margaret Willard and Harold Lowe; her brother Harold John Lowe, Jr.; and her son Vester Neely. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Bowman (Rick) of Salisbury; her sister Kathy Fowler; her half-sister Jeanie Comeau (Leon); and her granddaughter Morgan Elizabeth Bowman Smith (Jordan).
