He is survived by: his parents, Jeff (Jackie Leonard) and Michael (Tonya Black); his siblings, Michael Black Jr. (Derra) of Stoneville, NC and Kristan Leonard of Kentucky; his daughters, Kadence Starnes and Matilyn Starnes of Tyro, NC; his grandmothers, Mary Sue Leonard of Elk Park, NC and Phoeba Kent of Salisbury, NC; and his nephew Sirius Black (Brittany Mills) of Stoneville, NC. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the NorthGate Church (1255 W Ridge Rd, Salisbury, NC 28147). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the City Memorial Park (1310 W Innes St, Salisbury, NC 28144).
