He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bulla Jr. and Alice Winecoff Bulla; his brother Walter "Dick" Bulla III; and his friend Mike Morris. He is survived by: his wife Jane W. Bulla; his daughter Rebecca Jane Bulla; and his sisters, Loretta Ennis and Karen Lincoln.
