He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse C. Holshouser and Neta Karriker Holshouser; and his sisters, Judy Correll and Libby Thornton. He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Holshouser, Steve Holshouser, Betty Cauble (Charlie), Linda Sanders (Larry) and Carolyn Lackey (Ronnie).
