He was predeceased by: his son Brian F. Koehn; and his brothers, Edward "Butch" Koehn (Sandra) of Hawthorne, Florida and Richard "Dick" Koehn. He is survived by: his wife Denise Lea Koehn; his daughter Sara Hodge (Michael) of Davidson, NC; his grandchildren, Joey Hodge, Everly Hodge and Finley Cola; and his siblings, Robert E. Koehn Jr. of Warren, Ohio, Robyn Taiclet of Boca Raton, Florida, Candy Quinn and Kathy Crouch of Bellevue Nebraska.
