He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Allen and Julia Mae Heilig. He is survived by: his brother Bernard Heilig of Bronx, NY; his cousins, Willene Campbell Bey of Kannapolis, Paulette Bentford of Maryland and Eugene West of Salisbury; and his close friend Dileika Wilson of Salisbury. He is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
