She was predeceased by: her sister Mindy Sue Olynyk. She is survived by: her husband James Bernard Murphy; her sons, Leonard James Murphy and James B. Saltzman Murphy Jr.; and her brother Jerry E. Saltzman.
In keeping with her giving nature, memorial contributions may be made to the American Transplant Foundation (ATF) or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
