He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Otis Melton; and his former wife Terri Jo Melton. He is survived by: his fiancée Bonnie Breedlove; his children, Wendy Maynor (Tracy), Lenny Melton (Taska) and Lonnie Melton (Kymberly); his grandchildren, Morganne Taylor (Zach), Austin Melton (Chloe), Brandon Melton, Destiny Melton, Bella Maynor and Lainey Melton; his great grandchild Memphis Taylor; his sisters, Cathy, Ellen Speight and Jeanne Jones (Ed); and his friends, Jennifer Whitley (John) and Michael Goodman (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
