He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray James and Sarah James of Mint Hill, NC; and his brother Rod James of Charlotte, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqui James; his son Perry Steed; and his brother Randy James of Kannapolis, NC.. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
