She is survived by: her husband John Henry Duke; her daughters, Varina Bunts (Larry), Vonda Lewis (Eddie) and Vickie Heidt (Steve); and her son-in-law Shane Allred. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
