He is survived by: his parents, Alan Earnhardt and Amanda "Mandy" Edwards Earnhardt; his wife Virginia "Ginny" Earnhardt; his children, Allison Grace Earnhardt and Lucas Arthur Earnhardt; his brother Jeremy Earnhardt; his niece Charlotte Earnhardt; his nephews, Brooks Earnhardt and Waylon Earnhardt; and his grandmother Jeanne Earnhardt.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Providence United Methodist Church (6450 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
