He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Maxwell and Georgia Sills Bolden. He is survived by: his wife Carol Meadows Brown; his children, Jonathan Kent Brown (Sheelpa) of Charlotte and Farrah Brown Hofmann (Peter) of Charlotte; and his grandsons, Dylan Brown, Colin Hofmann, Cooper Hofmann and Tucker Hofmann.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the St. Johns Lutheran Church (200 W Innes St, Salisbury, NC 28144). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
