He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Stogner and Margaret Byrd Stogner. He is survived by: his wife Lorie Stogner; his daughter Elizabeth Snowden; and his grandchildren, Sayde Snowden, Kingston Ramsey-Snowden and Drayten Ramsey-Snowden.
