He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Taylor and Allie Goodman Taylor; his sister Sue Taylor Eagle; his brother-in-law Glenn F. Eagle; and his siblings, Kay Taylor Edmiston and Jerry Taylor.
He is survived by: his sister Phoebe Nunn (Marvin); and his brother-in-law Dan Edmiston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Union Lutheran Church (4770 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Union Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund.
