She was predeceased by: her father Ben Lawrence Smith; her sister Nykia Oneshia Johnson; her daughter Imoni Smith (James Stepp); her sister Stacy Bryant; and her uncles, Herbert Chunn (Sylvia McKnight), Jerry Chunn (Debra Chunn) and Jermaine Jackson (Tonya Smith).
She is survived by: her mother Sharon Chunn Corpening; and her close friend Cary. She is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
