We bid farewell to Nelda Wicklund of Salisbury, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 100. Nelda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Erichsen and Tusnelda Erichsen; her husband John Wicklund; her son Eric Wicklund; and her sisters, Beatrice Kavinoky and Leone Pippin.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Nelson (Doug) of Tobaccoville, NC; her granddaughters, Heather Jauregui (JoseMi) of Washington, DC and Hilary Dover (Grant) of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Isabel, Camila and Maxwell. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
