It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick James Cashel of Salisbury, North Carolina, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Bayshore Jenkins and Norman Baxter Jenkins; and his siblings, Jeanie Postel and Michael Cashel. He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Jenkins (Tammy) and Brian Cashel; his aunt Mary Ellen Fransckiewich (John); his nephews, Joseph Jenkins (Louanndra), Joshua Stirewalt, Caleb Stirewalt, Joseph Cashel, Justin Cashel and Joel Cashel; his niece Jillyn Cashel; and his pet Minnie Pearl. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces and nephews.
