Though Paul may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Paul touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Climmer Boyd and Cassie Marie Earnheart Boyd; and his brother Edward Robin Boyd. He is survived by: his son Matthew Paul Boyd of Salisbury; and his sister Rebecca "Becky" Boyd Phelps of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (2300 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
