She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Agner and Ora Eller Agner; her uncle George Farley "Will" Kesler; her aunt Willie Agner Kesler; her brother James Arthur "Jimmy" Agner; and her stepmother Mamie Efird Agner.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Howard Troutman; her son Douglas Howard Troutman (Ann); her stepgrandchildren, Eddie Sims (April) and Charisma Gayle Workman; her sister-in-law Velma Agner; and her sibling's children, Karen Cauble (Randy) and Rodney Agner (Linda). She is also survived by six step-great-grandchildren and three step-great-great grandchildren.
