It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Priscilla Fay McDaniel of Salisbury, North Carolina, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McDaniel and Wilma Jean Rodgers (Bivens); her siblings, Shirley McDaniel, Vickie McDaniel and Billy Joe McDaniel; and her grandson Rufus Elledge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Elledge and Vickie Johnson (Jason); her grandchildren, Justin Breedlove, Jesse Breedlove, Terry Honeycutt Jr., Monica Elledge, Crystal Shouse and Jessica Elledge; and her brother Herbert Gene McDaniel. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sloan Lake Community Church (140 Glory Rd, China Grove, NC 28023). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Carolina Memorial Park (601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025).
