He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael Nelson Waycaster and Dorothy Moody Thomas; and his siblings, William Waycaster, Delores Buser and Linda Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ruth Waycaster; his children, Scott Waycaster (Daniela) and Linda "Nicki" Plummer (Andrew); and his grandsons, Dante Waycaster and Diezel Waycaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
