Reuben Kump Ward Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2025, at the age of 93, Reuben Kump Ward of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Reuben may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Reuben touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel (150 Country Club Dr SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060).
