He is survived by: his father Richard Bernard Hovis, Sr.; and his siblings, Candace Hovis of Salisbury, Joshua Hovis of Salisbury, Alex Cuthbertson (Bianca) of Kannapolis and Demetrius Hopper of Salisbury. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
