He is survived by: his wife Hannah Hill Mayfield; his sons, Jason Mayfield of Arlington, VA and Shawn Mayfield (Sara) of Lakeville, MN; his sister Fran Herdrich (Don) of Tequesta, FL.; and his grandsons, Logan, Carter and Owen Mayfield.
