He is survived by: his wife Julia Cohen; his daughters, Sandra Surratt, Kim Crawford (Tim) of Salisbury and Susan Clegg (Richard) of Townsville; his grandsons, Jonathan Preslar (Michelle) of Lexington and Brandon Crawford; and his great grandchildren, Alex Crawford, Nathan Crawford, Dean Crawford, Noah Caraway and Benjamin Preslar.
