He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Michalle Lewelling (Rob) and Christy Crowe (Rickey); his daughter-in-law Terry; his brother Gary Ford (Sheila); his grandchildren, Ashlee, Gabriel, Shyanne, Shania, Shayla (Devon) and Matt (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Bentley, Mavrick, Paxton, Skyla Kate, Harper, Auron, Rose, Hermione and Sarena; his siblings-in-law, Bob Myrick (Jo), Betty Myrick and Tommy Whitson; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Cole (Chris) and Billy Ford. He is also survived by other loving extended family members, nieces and nephews.
