He was predeceased by: his sister Myra Jo Carmicheal (Cookie). He is survived by: his daughter Ronda Ford-Hollis (George Hollis); and his brothers, Tony Ford of Kannapolis, N. C. and George Ford of Concord, N. C.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
