She was predeceased by: her daughter Theresa Fleming; and her sisters, Beulah Fleming Tate, Patrica Fleming Dunlap and Crystal Cuthbertson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tiffany Fleming and Ranisha Lipscomb; her great grandchildren, Tyzaria Davis, Zaniya Lipscomb, Ju'Kiya Ford and Octavia Graham; her mother Leila Bell Cuthbertson; her siblings, Wyatt Cuthbertson Jr., Toni Cuthbertson and Leila Cuthbertson Chambers; and her close friend Conrad Wilson.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (300 S Caldwell St, Salisbury, NC 28144). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Carroll-Waters Funerals & Cremations (111 Railroad St, Cleveland, NC 27013). A burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
