She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Carringer and Myrtle Teal Carringer; her son Kevin Wayne Collins; and her brothers, Harold Carringer and David Carringer.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Mowery, Jr.; her children, Amy Gittings (Todd) and Eddie Mowery (Christie); her grandsons, Dylan Hull (Mallory Fuller) and Phoenix Mowery; and her nieces, Michelle Sides and Angela Carringer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haven Lutheran Church (207 W Harrison St, Salisbury, NC 28144). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at the Chestnut Hill Cemetery (1134 S Main St, Salisbury, NC 28144).
