She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerrit Gerardas Vanderwell and Dorothy Rose Barnes; her daughter Tammy Perry; her brother John Vanderwell; and her brother-in-law Harold Martin.

She is survived by : her granddaughter Jessica Jacobsen (Bryan) of Salisbury, NC; her great grandchildren, Dakota and Mikailyn Jacobsen; her close friend Fred Farrington of Salisbury, NC; and her siblings, Gerrit Vanderwell (Kathy) of Honesdale, PA, Joanne Martin of Bradenton, FL and Stacey Stack of Westchester, PA..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to your favorite charity in her name.
