She is survived by: her children, Jamie Forstrom (Jeremy) and Dustin Lackey; her sister Sheila Bost Beaver (Mike); and her grandchildren, Dylan Lackey (Courtney), Taylor Jester (Patrick), Peyton, Abigail Forstrom, Talon and Nori Lackey.
