He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Lowery Jr. and Almeda Love Lowery; his sister Judy Lackey; his brothers-in-law, Jim Webb and Don Lackey; his uncles, Thomas Love and Paul Love; and his grandparents, William Thomas, Lessie Love, Riley Lowery Sr. and Nora Lowery.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Webb of Salisbury and Riley "Buddy" Belt Lowery III (Tara) of Mocksville; his siblings' children, Crystal Catoe, Jancie Lawrence, Joshua Webb, Patrick Lowery and Eric Lowery; and his uncle Charles Love of Salisbury.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (205 St Paul Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or to the charity of the donor's choice.
