She is survived by: her father Curley Ballard; her siblings, Shawn Ballard and Kimberly McIntyre (Wayne); her brother-in-law Jody Shepard; her siblings' children, Joshua Shepard, Kristen Adcock, Olivia Kepley, Jacob McIntyre, Shawna Ballard, Breonna Ballard and Halle Peterson; and her close friend Ryan Bradley.
