He was predeceased by: his parents, Buell Bailey and Lucy Hale Bailey; and his brother Frank Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bailey; his daughter Melinda Roe (John); his granddaughters, Ashley Roe and Amanda Roe; his brother Robert Bailey; his cousin Amy Hess; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Bailey.
