He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whitley Vellines and Effie Kluttz Vellines. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Morgan Vellines; his daughter Janice Vellines Goodman (Tommy) of Salisbury; his grandsons, Justin Goodman (Gracie) and Tyler Goodman (Jade); his siblings, Lana Brown (Eric) of Mooresville and Ronald Vellines (Janie) of Salisbury; and his pet Andy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Union Lutheran Church (4770 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
