He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mcgraw, and Ollie Mcgraw, Sr.; his siblings, Stanley D. Mcgraw and Margie Manning; and his wife Emma Jean Mcgraw.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Kay Watkins and Carl Edward Mcgraw; his close friend Brandon Lee Case; his great grandchild Gauge Lee Case; his brother Raymond Mcgraw, Jr. (Nancy); and his pet Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
